UK Shipping

We offer free UK delivery on orders over £80. Orders under £80 ship at a flat rate of £5.00

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

International Shipping

We ship internationally using Royal Mail tracked services only, ensuring your order arrives safely and can be followed door‑to‑door.  

 

Europe

Flat rate: £15. Delivery aim: 5–7 working days

USA & Canada

Flat rate: £25 Delivery aim: 7–10 working days

​

Premium International

(Japan, South Korea, South Africa, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, UAE) Flat rate: £27 Delivery aim: 7–12 working days

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country. These charges vary by region and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

Dispatch Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Packaging

All items are carefully packed to protect the garment during transit. We use sturdy boxes and minimal, considered packaging to maintain a premium unboxing experience.

We want every order to reach you safely. If your package is lost, we will offer an exchange or issue a refund once the carrier confirms non-delivery.

 

​​​​Returns / Exchanges 

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be in their original condition, unworn and unaltered, with all tags and labels attached. Please ensure the garment is carefully repacked to avoid damage in transit.
